Remarkable for its compact pyramidal form and blue-green foliage.  A geographical variant of White Spruce. Slower growing, shorter, and more dense.  Makes a beautiful specimen tree all year. Prefers full sun but tolerant of partial shade. Adaptable to many soil types but prefers well drained soils.  Very cold resistant.
